Follow-on order brings total contracted revenue awarded by this customer to over $10m to date for this cyber solution
BATM Advanced Communications Limited (LSE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that it has been awarded a follow-on contract to supply a cyber communication technology solution to a Government defense department. This contract follows the Group completing a previous order from the customer for these hardware and software cyber security products in 2018, under the contract that the Group announced on 8 January 2018. The Group is also providing the customer with cyber security services under a separate contract. As a result, the total contracted revenue awarded to the Group by this customer for cyber security products and services is over $10m to date for this cyber solution. The Group anticipates receiving further orders from this customer.
Dr Zvi Marom, Chief Executive Officer of BATM, said: “We are delighted to have received this further order for our cyber security hardware and software products. To date, this government defense department has awarded us contracts worth more than $10m for this cyber security solution – which is testament to the strength of our offer and the high level of customer satisfaction. We are receiving growing interest in our unique solution and undertaking an increasing number of proof-of-concept projects with potential customers. As awareness of cyber security risks continues to rise across the world, we expect this momentum to translate to further orders for our cyber products and services.”
